Looks like Triad changed their backoffice, so red box on stats remote.

They have switched from DirectTrack to LinkTrust. Our own account was not ported over so we have had to sign up for a new one and must wait for it to be approved.
What is the date of your last stats in StatsRemote? Did they import your old stats into LinkTrust? If not, what is the date of your oldest stats in LinkTrust?

I had to contact my affiliate manager with them and let them know that I couldn't login for some reason. They sent me an email then with new password, etc. You might have to do the same thing.
They did not import my old stats into LinkTrust. The date of my oldest stats in LinkTrust is 3/9/10, but that is only because before they made the transfer over, i was NOT running any offers at the time, so that was the date i started running some again.
